Dr. Bolton will draw from her experience teaching Black American literature to offer pedagogical strategies on teaching subjects that involve race.  She will provide tips on how to design inquiry-driven curriculum, in addition to offering guidance on ways to engineer scholarly discussions for students driven by texts chosen for study.
